How ordering works

How are team stores priced?
Here's the best part: there's no upfront cost to set up a team store. Item pricing depends on the items you choose, projected quantities, the number of items in the store, whether you need our design services, and whether the store is a fundraiser. Call or email for details.
How is payment handled?
All Team Shop orders are placed online and paid by credit card. Never collect order forms or handle checks again.
What's the turnaround time?
Typically 7–10 business days after the store's ordering period ends. Ask about rush orders if you have a deadline.
What about artwork?
If you already have a design, send the highest-quality image you have. If you'd like us to create designs, we'll send virtual samples to choose from. Then our team builds the store with your selected apparel and artwork so you can promote it to your group and community.
The store is closed. What's next?
We order the items, print the goods and fulfill every order. Once everything is ready, we'll contact you by phone or email. Delivery is available on some orders. Ask whether yours qualifies.
