Ordering

Custom decorated apparel orders are typically ready for pickup or shipped within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your logo proof approval and garment order details. Need it sooner? Let us know. We can often accommodate rush requests (rush fees may apply).

For new artwork, please allow 1–3 days to receive your proof, depending on complexity. We'll email the proof for your approval. The quicker you respond to proof approvals and order confirmations, the quicker we can begin work on your items.

Deposit, Payment, Pricing & Promotions

A small $39 deposit gets your custom apparel order started. It typically covers initial artwork setup, embroidery digitizing or artwork preparation, and is applied toward your final invoice once your order is approved for production.

A 50% down payment or approved purchase order is due when you give final approval for production. The remaining balance is due on completion.

30-day price guarantee: if something you paid us for goes on sale within 30 days (identical services, products and quantities), we'll gladly refund the difference. It's our no-hassle price guarantee.

Shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx, or express courier for same-day local delivery. Manufacturing and handling time depends on production schedules when your order is placed. Expect your order to arrive within 3–5 business days after it ships. Expedited shipping is available.

Returns

Buying online can feel risky. With us, you're in a risk-free zone: all of our apparel products are backed by our industry-unique, unconditional 1-year guarantee. We will not be held liable to the buyer for direct or indirect loss or damage suffered. Returns policy excludes custom printed items.
