How ordering works

Give us a call at (636) 293-5555, email info@americanstitched.com, or fill out the quote form below. Share as much detail as you can about what you need so we can give you the most accurate quote.
How is rhinestone work priced?
Pricing depends on the quantity of items, the number of colors in your design, and whether you need our design services or already have the image you want. Call or email for a customized quote.
How do I make my deposit to get started?
Once you've selected your design, items and quantities, we send a detailed invoice. It's due when the order is placed, before anything is produced. If you're supplying the items, payment is due at pickup unless we've arranged otherwise.
What's the turnaround time?
Most custom work takes 1–2 weeks, and we can often finish sooner if you have a deadline. Just tell us your date up front.
What artwork do you need?
If you already have a design, send the highest-quality image you have. After a small $49 deposit, we send virtual samples of your artwork as a rhinestone pattern. Once your design is approved and the final invoice is paid, we start production.
My order is complete. What's next?
We'll contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for pickup. We also offer shipping, and free delivery on some larger orders. Ask whether yours qualifies.
