How ordering works

How is custom embroidery priced?
Pricing depends on three things: the setup fee to create the embroidery file, the number of pieces, and the stitch count. Monograms and personalization are priced simply by size and quantity.
Custom logos need a one-time digitizing setup. For most logos it's a flat $39.95 for up to 9,999 stitches, plenty for a typical left chest or hat logo. Unlike screen printing, the number of thread colors does not affect your price.
How is payment handled?
Once you've chosen your design, items and quantities, we send a detailed invoice, less any deposit already paid for digitizing or artwork. The invoice is due when the order is placed, before anything is stitched. If you're supplying the items, payment is due at pickup unless we've arranged otherwise.
What's the turnaround time?
Typically 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed and your production proof is approved. Need it sooner? Ask about rush orders. We can often make it happen.
What artwork do you need?
Send the highest-quality image you have. After a $39.95 logo setup deposit, we email you a virtual production proof. An embroidered sample on fabric can be produced for an additional fee. Once you approve the proof and the invoice is paid, we schedule your order.
My embroidery is done. What's next?
We'll contact you by phone or email, whichever you prefer, as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Many of our customers are busy business owners, so we also offer delivery on some orders. Just ask.
