This article first ran with a June 2015 digitizing promotion that has since ended, and the prices below are from that time. For current pricing, see our embroidery page or request a quote.
Embroidery digitizing
Embroidery digitizing converts your artwork into an embroidery stitch file. The cost depends on the quality of the graphic you send, plus the detail and size of the design. In 2015, small basic designs started around $29, left chest company logos were around $59, and large full-front or jacket-back designs ran $89–$129, depending mainly on stitch count.
We use high-end commercial software and professional techniques to create your logo in the highest definition possible, keeping the stitch count as low as we can without losing any of the design's integrity.
Digitizing is a one-time fee per logo, per size. We keep your embroidery files on file, so whenever you reorder with that logo, there's no new setup fee.
Artwork digitizing (vectorizing)
Artwork digitizing takes your art, whether it's a hand drawing, a photo of something previously printed or another source, and creates a camera-ready vector file. Vector art is essential for high-quality printing, and it scales to print on just about anything: t-shirts, socks, car decals and more.
The fee depends on the complexity of the art. If you provide your own high-resolution, print-quality artwork, there's no artwork digitizing fee. If you're starting from nothing, we're glad to design it with you from scratch. Like embroidery files, your camera-ready artwork stays on file for future orders.
